When you book through TidyCal, enroll through Podia, or attend sessions via Zoom, those platforms may collect additional information governed by their own privacy policies. We receive only the information necessary to confirm and deliver your services.

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe processes all credit and debit card transactions. We do not store card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Google Workspace — email, forms, intake paperwork, client files are maintained in Google Workspace’s HIPAA-compliant account and subject to Google’s privacy policy.

Podia — course and program delivery platform. Enrollment data, access records, program communications, and email are managed through Podia.

TidyCal — appointment scheduling. Booking information, including name, email, and session type, is collected and stored by TidyCal.

Zoom — video session delivery. Sessions conducted via Zoom are subject to Zoom's privacy policy. Sessions are not recorded without explicit consent.

Bank/ACH Transfer — for corporate invoicing. Payment details exchanged for this method are used solely for transaction processing and retained only as required for accounting and legal compliance.

8.  Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality and analyze traffic. You may adjust your browser settings to decline cookies; however, some features of the site may not function as intended if cookies are disabled.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking for ad targeting.
